Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Koryu (the "Site"), a research publication of the Shishin Research house. The Site has no accounts and no paid plans; by using it, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Site.
1. What we provide
Koryu publishes crypto market measurement: a momentum monitor and a regime dial computed from published formulas over public market data, plus a research library. We are a publisher of research output. We are not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, exchange, custodian, or fiduciary, and nothing on the Site constitutes personalised financial advice. Measurements describe the market's state; they do not predict it, and they are not recommendations to buy, sell, or hold anything.
2. Use of the content
You may read, link to, and quote the Site's content for personal, non-commercial use, with attribution and a link when you excerpt it. You may not republish articles in full, misrepresent measurements as your own, or present the Site's output in a way that implies we endorsed a trade, product, or service. The measurement formulas themselves are published precisely so you can recompute them; recomputing them for any purpose is encouraged.
3. Accuracy, availability, and warranties
We work to keep the measurements correct and the publication cadence reliable, and we attest published snapshots so errors cannot be silently rewritten. Even so, data sources fail, computations can contain defects, and the Site may be unavailable at any time. The Site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, and uninterrupted availability. Where an error is found, our remedy is a published correction, not a retroactive edit.
4. No advice, no reliance
Crypto assets are volatile and can lose all of their value. Nothing on the Site accounts for your situation, and you should not rely on the Site as the basis for any transaction. See the risk disclosure for the full statement. Decisions are yours.
5. Intellectual property
The Site's content, design, and branding belong to the Shishin Research house or its licensors. Published formulas and methodology descriptions may be used to reproduce and check our numbers; the brand and the prose may not be used to pass anything off as ours.
6. Third-party links
The Site links to third-party services, including exchanges, data platforms, and reviewed products. We do not control them, do not endorse them unless an article says so explicitly in its own careful terms, and are not responsible for their content or conduct.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Koryu, the Shishin Research house, and their operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, or for any trading or investment losses, arising from your use of the Site. The Site is free; to the extent liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid to use the Site, which is zero.
8. Changes
We may update these terms as the Site evolves, for example if an email notification list or a validated product tier ships. Material changes are reflected in the "Last updated" date above, and substantive product changes are announced on the Site itself before they take effect.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operating entity is registered. Disputes go to the courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
